London • Exhibition

London is an interesting and impressive city. I've been there repeatedly for ten years as part of projects and I always have a camera with me. The selected images presented in the following sections, which were exhibited in Husum from January to May 2023, were taken during walks in 2013, 2015, 2018 and 2019 ¹.

The majority show the City of London. However, there are also some shots from the boroughs of Lambeth, Westminster and Fitzrovia. There are also city maps with the locations of the photographs in the respective articles.

When I discussed an exhibition in Husum with the Museum of Contemporary Photography, the focus on the British capital had not yet been decided. We initially discussed the theme of architecture in general and a few series of images on the subject. Very quickly, however, London emerged as the better bracket for the exhibition.
